W. LEIGHTON CLARK, LCSW (Retired)

W. Leighton Clark is a retired licensed clinical social worker who founded Creative Transitions, Ltd., a psychotherapy and business consulting firm. Although Leighton is now retired, he was instrumental in creating and building Peace & Grace at the End with Pat. Leighton practiced for over 35 years, with certifications and experience in Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy, Addiction, Yoga, Breath Psychotherapy, and Organization Development. He volunteered leading men’s weekends with “Victories for Men” for over 25 years.

For the past decade, I have had the privilege of knowing and working with Leighton on a personal and professional capacity. Pat has a gift of making people feel comfortable. She is open and understanding. Her guidance will make you feel like a trusted friend. Both Pat and Leighton have great empathy when working with others. Their knowledge and experience show through in all their interactions. They intuitively know how to guide others through rough terrain.
